Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other online sources.
- Bid on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc., to acquire new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit Government IT proposals, RFPs, and e-tenders.
- Draft compelling business proposals, client emails, presentations, and pitch decks for web, mobile, software development, and digital transformation projects.
- Create and maintain technical and marketing content, including company profiles, service offerings, case studies, brochures, and website content.
- Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition activities.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in IT Business Development, lead generation, online bidding, or proposal writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPPP, eProcurement portals, or other government tendering platforms will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Business Development, Lead Generation, Online Bidding, or Proposal Writing.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, or Government eProcurement portals is a plus.
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
