We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, explaining our services, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Receive inbound calls and respond professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
