Job Title: Sales Manager – Inside Sales (EMR Software)
Location: Remote
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Second Saturday Working)
Experience: 1-2+ Years
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for EMR Software in international markets.
- Build and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, Facebook, ZoomInfo, CRM tools, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and proposal submissions.
- Develop new customers and expand business with existing clients.
- Manage the complete software sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Software Sales experience (Mandatory).
- Experience selling ERP, Hospital Management Software, HRMS, Supply Chain Software, SaaS, or similar solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in International Inside Sales or Telecalling is preferred.
- Must have a Laptop/Desktop and stable internet connection.
