Lead the Growth of a Fast-Growing Food Brand
The Taste Of Ratlam is a rapidly growing vegetarian food brand in Vrindavan, known for its authentic Ratlami Steam Poha, Sev, and traditional Indian breakfast offerings.
As we continue expanding our operations, delivery network, catering services, and multiple sales channels, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Food Outlet Manager who can take complete ownership of outlet operations, team management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and business growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people, solving operational challenges, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently.
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales, production, delivery, and customer service activities.
- Monitor daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high operational standards across all business activities.
- Ensure business continuity during peak customer hours.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff.
- Create duty rosters and manage employee attendance.
- Conduct staff performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Resolve employee issues and motivate the team.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and SOPs.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Monitor daily sales performance.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase customer footfall and repeat business.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor raw material inventory levels.
- Ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reports.
- Control wastage and improve inventory efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Quality Control & Food Safety
- Ensure food quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor hygiene and cleanliness throughout the outlet.
- Implement food safety practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with local food regulations.
Customer Experience Management
- Ensure every customer receives excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
- Maintain a positive brand image.
Financial Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and collections.
- Verify sales reports and billing records.
- Control operational expenses.
- Improve profitability through cost management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Delivery & Multi-Location Operations
- Supervise delivery operations and field staff.
- Monitor service quality across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely execution of bulk and catering orders.
- Coordinate between outlet operations and delivery teams.
- Support expansion into new service locations.
Business Development
- Build relationships with:
- Hotels
- Guest Houses
- Ashrams
- Dharamshalas
- Offices
- Event Organizers
- Corporate Clients
- Identify opportunities for bulk orders and catering services.
- Develop partnerships that contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate preferred (not mandatory for highly experienced candidates).
- Minimum 3–5 years of food outlet, restaurant, café, bakery, QSR, or hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience handling inventory and procurement.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, POS systems).
- Understanding of sales reporting and business metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
