As the Assistant Manager – HR, you will serve as the organizational backbone for HR Operations, Data Systems, and Employee Lifecycle management. You will be responsible for maintaining absolute data integrity across our HRMS ecosystem (Keka), executing flawless payroll inputs, managing attendance, and driving the operational execution of performance management metrics. Additionally, you will lead targeted talent acquisition efforts.
Core Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. HRMS, Database Management & Compliance (Keka Expert)
- Serve as the primary Super-Administrator for the Keka HRMS platform, ensuring 100% data accuracy, profile updates, and system configuration.
- Own the Employee Code Creation workflow for all new hires, ensuring zero delays between the date of joining and system integration.
- Manage the complete Employee Personal File Management system (both digital archives on cloud repositories and physical compliance dockets), ensuring strict confidentiality and audit readiness.
- Generate automated weekly and monthly HR metrics, turnover reports, and headcount dashboards for management review.
2. Time, Attendance & Leave Records
- Monitor daily clock-in/out registers, biometric logs, and remote geo-tracking data via Keka.
- Manage regularizations, shift balancing, and late-mark policies for both corporate staff and on-ground venue operations teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date, legally compliant leave ledger (Privilege Leave, Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and compensatory offs).
3. Payroll & Compensation Operations
- Compile, verify, and lock monthly muster/attendance inputs to generate error-free payroll variables (lop/lop-reversals, overtime, night shifts, and reimbursement claims).
- Coordinate closely with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure accurate disbursements of monthly salaries.
- Manage basic compliance data preparation for Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT) calculations.
4. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Act as the operational coordinator for the annual and mid-year appraisal cycles.
- Launch, track, and follow up on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Key Result Area (KRA) setting modules on Keka.
- Compile performance evaluation scores and assist leadership in formatting normalized bell-curve distributions and promotion tracks.
5. Focused Talent Acquisition
- Partner with line managers to identify and source specialized talent for Space Leasing, Live Production, Hospitality, and Technical Engineering (including ITI trades).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel: clear job brief intake, active sourcing via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), scheduling assessments, conducting initial HR screening, and handling background checks.
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring everything from welcome kits to IT configurations are ready on Day One.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
