Role Overview:
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, ensuring data visibility, managing MIS reporting, supporting field teams, and executing localized marketing initiatives. The role requires strong coordination, analytical, and team management skills to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data visibility and coordination across TDP, branches, and TDP Head Office.
- Share daily MIS reports and monitor team-wise goals, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
- Analyze and compare individual performance within spoke teams to drive efficiency and results.
- Manage stock reports, secondary MIS, market outstanding reports, and productivity tracking tools.
- Communicate drive updates, contests, and engagement activities to TSPL, TDP, CP, and Non-CP networks.
- Support sales operations by developing and implementing effective sales tools and platforms.
- Facilitate training, capability building, and skill enhancement programs for field teams.
- Coordinate soft skills and IT training sessions for employees and channel partners.
- Identify, plan, and execute local marketing activities and sales drives to increase market reach.
- Ensure timely distribution of marketing collaterals across CP and Non-CP networks.
- Provide accurate data support for audits and compliance requirements.
- Monitor operational spends against approved budgets and maintain cost efficiency.
- Address sales team queries promptly and escalate critical issues when required.
- Maintain high accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree
- Fluent in Local Language, English and Hindi (Hindi proficiency preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and CRM system experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with teams, customers, and management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
