We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, build strategic client relationships, and expand PropFusion's presence across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise clients, including real estate agencies, developers, and brokerage firms.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable PropFusion solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare business proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with the product, implementation, and customer success teams for seamless onboarding.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and forecasts using CRM software.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, or Software Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Experience handling enterprise-level clients.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or Real Estate Technology is highly preferred.
