Field Sales Executive – Job Description

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
- Visit customers and explain suitable loan products.
- Source and collect loan files from potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Collect required KYC and financial documents from customers.
- Coordinate with the internal processing team and banks/NBFCs.
- Follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of loan products will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
12th Pass / Any Graduate with relevant sales experience.
