Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle billing and payment transactions when required.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Fresher’s with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
