ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to help our team operate smoothly. You'll coordinate travel, vendors, workshop logistics and day-to-day administrative tasks while working closely with our bookkeeping partners on invoices, reimbursements, payroll inputs, and financial documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calendar & Scheduling
Coordinate calendars for internal meetings, client conversations and team events. Manage scheduling across time zones and proactively resolve conflicts.
Travel & Accommodation
Coordinate flights, accommodation and local travel for team, including intercity travel. Work with travel vendors to ensure cost-effective bookings and seamless logistics.
Procurement
Coordinate the purchase of office & workshop materials based on team requirements. Build and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to ensure timely procurement.
Payroll & Basic Accounting
Support Support payroll coordination & work with the finance team to ensure timely processing. Maintain employee records related to leave, reimbursements and other documentation. Track invoices, vendor payments, and receipts and coordinate with the bookkeeping partner on basic accounting processes.
Event & Logistics
Coordination Coordinate logistics through Porter and other service providers for office & workshop requirements. Manage operational details, last-mile coordination to ensure events run smoothly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1–4 years of experience in admin, operations, executive support/ finance coordination. Background in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Bookkeeping preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with expense management tools and Google Workspace. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks independently. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; an additional regional language is a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
