Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications while fostering collaboration among team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS BigData.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions including Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS BigData.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
