We are hiring an experienced Private Chef for a prestigious private residence in South Mumbai. We are looking for a professional, well-groomed chef with strong expertise in North Indian, South Indian, and Marwari cuisine, capable of delivering exceptional culinary standards in a private household.
Prepare fresh, high-quality daily meals for the family.
Specialize in authentic North Indian, South Indian, and Marwari cuisine.
Plan and prepare balanced weekly menus based on the family's preferences.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate procurement of fresh ingredients.
Cater to dietary preferences and occasional special meal requests.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
8–10 years of relevant experience as a Private Chef or in premium hospitality.
Strong expertise in North Indian, South Indian, and Marwari cuisine is essential.
Previous experience in private residences or serving discerning families will be an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to the household's preferences and schedule.
