Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategy across all touchpoints
- Ensure excellent showroom service and consistent customer handling
- Manage customer service operations, complaints, and escalations
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve experience
- Enhance online and offline (omni-channel) customer journey
- Train staff on service, communication, and sales skills
- Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Lead the team, set KPIs, and build a customer-focused culture
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
