Job Overview
SeekNEO IT Solutions is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage front desk operations and support day-to-day office administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, candidates, and vendors.
- Manage front desk and daily reception activities.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews.
- Maintain visitor, courier, and office records.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and support basic HR activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and documents.
- Manage basic email communication and office correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting and conference room arrangements.
- Manage office stationery and basic supply requirements.
- Support employee onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
- Assist management with basic administrative activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain office records.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, polite, and friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer operations.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage visitors and calls professionally.

Education
Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Front Office / Reception / Administration experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
