Filter You is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and action-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and business impact across digital platforms. If creating buzz, scaling content, and driving growth is your forte, you’ll fit right in.
A Typical Day at Filter You as a Social Media Manager would look like:
- Brainstorming and developing creative campaign ideas aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Researching social media trends, creator culture, and identifying the right influencers who fit the campaign brief.
- Shortlisting ideas based on audience relevance, content style, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Reaching out to creators and talent agencies to discuss collaboration opportunities and campaign requirements.
- Negotiating budgets, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms to ensure a mutually beneficial collaboration.
- Coordinate internally with Design and Marketing teams to align campaign messaging and execution.
- Reviewing social media content, providing feedback, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand expectations.
- Managing campaign launches and maintaining regular communication with creators throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing insights, and preparing reports with recommendations for future optimizations.
- Staying updated with emerging social media trends, creator movements, and new opportunities on the social media platform.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Business, or a related field.
- 0.5-1 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience managing brand accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)and Facebook.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Candidates Must Be:
● Located in Bangalore (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah)
● Days of work: Mondays to Fridays (Last saturday of every month is a working saturday)
● Working hours: 12.30 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
Pay: ₹11,386.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
