Admission Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Admission Executive to manage the student admission process from inquiry to enrollment. As the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, the Admission Executive plays a key role in delivering an exceptional admission experience by providing accurate information, guiding applicants through the enrollment journey, and supporting institutional admission goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Inquiry Management
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about academic programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and the admission process.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students to encourage enrollment.
2. Admission Counseling
- Guide students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Address concerns, clarify doubts, and provide personalized admission support.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to maximize conversion rates.
3. Application Processing
- Review admission applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify and collect all required documents, including academic records and supporting certificates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely application processing.
- Maintain accuracy throughout the admission workflow.
4. CRM & Data Management
- Update and maintain applicant information in the CRM system.
- Track inquiry status, application progress, and enrollment conversions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of student records.
5. Event Coordination & Student Outreach
- Organize and participate in admission drives, education fairs, campus visits, open houses, seminars, and information sessions.
- Represent the institution professionally during external recruitment events.
- Support promotional activities aimed at increasing student enrollments.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead generation and student recruitment campaigns.
- Work closely with Academic and Operations teams to resolve applicant queries.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments throughout the admission process.
7. Policy Compliance
- Ensure admission procedures comply with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on admission policies, eligibility norms, and educational regulations.
- Maintain transparency and ethical standards during the admission process.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students.
- Identify opportunities to improve the admission experience and operational efficiency.
- Contribute ideas to enhance conversion rates and student satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Counseling will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Admissions, Academic Counseling, Student Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From ₹17,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
