Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD) to implementation partners and direct clients.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on their skills and experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers.
- Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and clients.
- Maintain consultant availability and project status information.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.
- Ensure regular communication with consultants regarding project opportunities.
- Meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and internal databases.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales or US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US work authorization categories.
- Experience working with C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Strong vendor network and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and ATS tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Existing vendor contacts in the US staffing market.
- Experience with IT consultants across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and AI/ML.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of consultant submissions.
- Number of interviews scheduled.
- Placement closures.
- Revenue generated through placements.
- Vendor engagement and consultant utilization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
