Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience focused on B2B lead generation and global marketing. The role requires hands-on expertise in executing international campaigns and generating qualified enterprise leads across Middle East, Europe, and Africa (MEA & EMEA regions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute global B2B digital marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients
- Drive high-quality lead generation through SEO, performance marketing, and inbound strategies
- Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on global search visibility and lead conversion
- Conduct international keyword research based on regional markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa)
- Create and optimize landing pages specifically designed for B2B lead capture
- Manage end-to-end lead funnels from traffic generation to conversion
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for global websites
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Track and improve conversion rates, CPL (Cost per Lead), and ROI
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B audiences
- Collaborate with content and design teams to build conversion-focused marketing assets
- Perform competitor and market analysis across international regions
- Implement geo-targeting and international SEO strategies (hreflang, localization)
- Work on multi-region campaigns aligned with different time zones and audience behavior
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and pipeline growth
What We're Looking For:
- Strong focus on B2B lead generation (MANDATORY)
- Hands-on experience in global/international marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of enterprise client targeting and long sales cycles
- Ability to manage multi-market strategies (MEA & EMEA preferred)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
