About the Program

Professional Skill Development initiative for young Indians. An Education Resource Centre to meet the changing academic and pedagogical requirements. On the skill development front our Training Centre, better known as ERMPL Training Centre, was among the first short-term employment linked training programs in India. A 21-days training program on Core Employability Domain Skills like Banking & Finance Management & Pharmaceuticals Management, communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude ensures that there is a significant skill shift among trainees. Trainees are provided with placement opportunities after the training.

Job Responsibilities

You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Understanding the client’s career preferences and concerns
Reviewing client’s educational qualifications and work experience before offering consultation
Helping clients enroll for aptitude and personality development tests
Assisting clients in developing effective strategies for career growth
Providing help to clients in restructuring and updating their resumes
Offering guidance in compiling relevant documents
Assisting clients in developing long-term career plans
A customer-oriented approach is extensive sales.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Conducting mock interviews to help clients/students with interview preparations

Requirements & Skills

Familiarity with Computer, especially Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication and people skills
Answer multi-line phone system, screen and route calls as appropriate
Customer service orientation & Problem-solving skills
Fast learning ability with Strong Attention to Detail
Extensive sales experience.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Great networking skills.
developing content strategy & calendars,
Design communication material (videos, photographs, posters, etc.) in accordance with brand identity and creating engaging posts to increase the social media presence.
An understanding of social media channels and campaigns
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics
A customer-oriented approach is extensive sales.
