About the Company
Mustafa Welding & Solution is a growing engineering and fabrication company specializing in PEB structures, structural steel fabrication, heavy fabrication, industrial sheds, warehouses, industrial structures, piping and erection works.
We are looking for skilled, semi-skilled and experienced Fabricators, Welders and Fitters who are hardworking, technically capable and interested in long-term project-based work.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and understand fabrication drawings, GA drawings and basic structural details.
- Perform steel structure fabrication, fitting, welding and assembly as per drawings and project specifications.
- Fabricate and assemble columns, beams, rafters, bracings, purlins, platforms, stairs, handrails and other structural components.
- Perform ARC/MMA, MIG and other applicable welding works according to skill level.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, drilling, fit-up, alignment and tack welding.
- Check dimensions, levels, angles and alignment before final welding.
- Work with MS plates, angles, channels, beams, pipes and structural sections.
- Maintain proper weld quality, dimensions and finishing.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and site/workshop instructions.
- Coordinate with supervisors, fitters, welders and other team members.
- Maintain productivity and complete assigned work within project deadlines.
- Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of steel fabrication and/or welding.
- Ability to work with hand tools and fabrication equipment.
- Ability to understand measurements and basic drawings is preferred.
- Good work discipline and punctuality.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work at workshop and project sites as required.
- Safety-conscious attitude.
Experience
0–10+ years, depending on the position and skill level.
Experienced candidates with strong knowledge of PEB and structural steel fabrication will be preferred.
