Education: BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy) or BSc (Inorganic Chemistry)
We are hiring a Senior Metallurgist to oversee extraction metallurgy (ATP) and melting production. You will drive process optimisation, manage noble alloy production, and lead R&D initiatives for metal powders with a focus on automation and innovation.
· Production: Manage end-to-end production of metal/alloy production via extraction (ATP) and melting, Ferro Molybdenum and Ferro Chrome (ELC/LC).
· Optimisation: Optimise raw material consumption & improve production yields, reduce material losses, increase recovery rates, and lower operational costs.
· Process Control: Implement process improvement for higher production at lower cost. Design and manage efficient ore-to-metal separation processes while ensuring strict Quality Assurance (QA).
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in extraction metallurgy.
· Strong background in noble alloys and shop-floor innovation/automation.
