- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., ingredients, specials)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints if any
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glasses
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Process bills and accept payments
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
