Job Role & Responsibilities
Role:
Support entire design lifecycle of two wheeler exterior/plastics/Trims which includes the following stages
-
Sound knowledge of Body Parts/Exterior/Panels and trim design.

Proficient in CAD UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent PLM software
-
Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination & Benchmarking.
-
Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in Plastic design
-
Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc
Technical/ Functional:
-
Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fenders, fairing assembly, seats, side panels etc.
-
Good understanding & awareness of new technologies in vehicle interior design
-
Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements
