Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience selling digital marketing, branding, website development, social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, video production, and creative services.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
- Pitch digital marketing, branding, website development, and media solutions to businesses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- B2B sales and business development experience.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Content Marketing.
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Relationship management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Media Company, or IT Services Company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Existing network of business contacts is preferred.
