Job Summary
The Export Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's export business, expanding international markets, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. The role involves overseeing export operations, managing customer relationships, coordinating logistics, and achieving international sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth in international markets.
- Identify and develop new overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage existing international client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare export quotations, contracts, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of orders.
- Monitor export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export policies.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Manage export budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and shipment-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular export sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in export sales, international marketing, or export operations.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping regulations, customs documentation, and international trade practices.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), international payment methods, and foreign trade policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.

- Knowledge of foreign languages is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing distributors and channel partners globally.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
