Hiring Senior Telecaller for Jewellery Showroom.
We are looking for experienced and confident candidates with strong communication and customer handling skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally
- Follow up with customers and leads
- Explain offers, schemes, and products clearly
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports
- Support sales team in customer engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in telecalling or customer service
- Tamil speaking mandatory
- Hindi speaking preferred
- Basic English communication preferred
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
