Main Responsibilities :
- Owner of "Open SO lines" for non-production items.
- Review open order report and communicate with Sales and Purchase about inventory stock issues negatively impacting the ability to meet the planned ship date.
- Follow up on planned delivery of incoming goods.
- Outbound and inbound ownership (OC and track and trace follow up)
- OOR participation
- Booking freight (outgoing and incoming/pickup)
- Obtaining freight quotations for customer quotes.
- Approval of freight invoices.
- Coordinating Intercompany orders.
- Plan and follow up on drop shipments.
- Being a super user of logistic function in Business Central.
- Backup on all logistic tasks.
- Coordinate activities and communication with the Resolux Back Office team in Brazil
- Collect and analyze logistic data for statistic use.
- Supporting on kitting lists
- Optimizing planning & logistic processes in cooperation with Supply Chain Manager.
Need-to-have-qualifications:
- Any degree with experience in logistics
- Experienced in Exports and Imports.
- Well skilled in any ERP-system (Preferably Business central)
- Solid skills in Excel
- Fluency in English
- 8+ years of experience from a similar job
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
