Collatzinc is hiring experienced IT services sales professionals to grow our software, AI and digital solutions business across global markets.

We are a Kolkata-based software and tech consulting company working with clients in the USA, Europe and beyond, building web and mobile apps, AI/ML solutions, cloud and automation platforms, SaaS products and digital transformation projects for startups and SMEs.
Open Roles
1) Pipeline Generator
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, email, Upwork, networking, and cold outreach
- Prospect research, qualification and pipeline building
- CRM discipline and consistent follow-ups
2) Closer / Strategic BDM
- Discovery calls and client meetings with international clients
- Solution shaping with tech team and proposal creation
- Negotiation, objection handling and deal closure
3) Full-Cycle BD
- Own end-to-end: prospecting to closure
- Work with founders and delivery to solve business problems
- Own revenue targets and grow accounts
You’ll typically work with founders, CXOs, and product/tech leaders in SMEs and growing businesses worldwide.
Who We’re Looking For
Confident, commercially driven professionals with excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills and the ability to represent Collatzinc credibly in front of global clients.
- Proven experience in software services / IT consulting sales (not delivery, support, or coordination)
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Upwork, outbound outreach, or email campaigns
- Ability to discuss software and digital solutions in business terms
- Kolkata / West Bengal candidates preferred
