Salary
₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on skills, creativity, and experience.)
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify trending and important news stories.
- Cover local events, press conferences, and ground reports.
- Shoot professional-quality videos using mobile phones or cameras.
- Conduct interviews with citizens, officials, and experts.
- Write news scripts suitable for digital platforms.
- Anchor or present news videos confidently in front of the camera.
- Edit news videos using professional editing software.
- Create engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook videos.
- Design attractive thumbnails and basic social media creatives.
- Publish and optimize content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure factual accuracy, ethical journalism, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with the editorial team to produce high-quality digital news content.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Journalism and News Reporting.
- Video Shooting (Mobile or DSLR).
- Video Editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora or similar tools).
- Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi. English will be an added advantage.
- Anchoring and camera confidence.
- Storytelling and script writing.
- Knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and digital media.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media growth strategies.
- Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Media, Digital Media, Communication, or related fields.
- Candidates with a portfolio of videos, YouTube channel, Instagram Reels, or digital content will be given preference.
- Freshers with practical skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
