Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager who has strong hands-on experience in managing product listings and online marketplace operations across platforms like Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The candidate should have expertise in catalog management, marketplace optimization, sales coordination, and online brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Create, update, and optimize product catalogs, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure accurate product uploads and category mapping on all marketplaces.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and marketplace visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates, dispatch, and promotions.
- Handle marketplace campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales activities.
- Resolve listing errors, account issues, and marketplace-related queries.
- Maintain product data quality and ensure timely updates.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends to improve sales performance.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog management.
- Good knowledge of Excel and e-commerce operations.
- Understanding of SEO for product listings and online merchandising.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra platforms.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail industry preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
Pay: ₹42,652.33 - ₹65,309.75 per month
