Position: Accountant
Experience : Min 4+ years
CTC:- upto 4.8 laps (Depend on the interview)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
Payroll Management: Calculate and process salaries for employees and wages for laborers.
Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
Invoicing and Billing: Generate and manage invoices for clients. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
Tax Compliance: Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances.
Ensure timely submission of tax returns and reports.
Day-to-Day Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records. Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide financial insights to aid decision-making.
Audit and Documentation: Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain organized records of financial documents and transactions.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Support management with financial planning and forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
