Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking as per recipes and standards.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Monitor food quality and portion control.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
- Assist in reducing food wastage.
- Coordinate with Commi III and helpers for smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
Required Skills
- Basic cooking knowledge.
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Time management and discipline.
Qualification
- Diploma / Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
