Roles and responsibilities:
- Actively work towards improving our procurement margins by continuous negotiation with existing vendors and finding out alternatives to the current vendors if better margins are available through them.
- Work towards improving and expanding our rewards catalogue through market research and have a firm grasp on market trends and demand.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding of new vendors and strategize on how to make the most out of any vendor partnership.
- Work closely with the current CPT team to understand the demand and stock requirement for each SKU.
- Continuously research on the market trends and consult the procurement team on what new
SKUs should be added to the catalogue.

Qualifications and skills:
- MBA in operations, supply chain management, and/or related fields. Or, Bachelor’s degree holders with at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a strong understanding of financial impact of all procurement activities and must informally own the PnL on their end.
- Purchase Orders, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Negotiation skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Procurement and Negotiation is preferable.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of procurement best practices
