About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive product strategy, define product roadmaps, and deliver customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product management, stakeholder collaboration, agile methodologies, and translating business objectives into actionable product features. You will work closely with engineering, design, business, and leadership teams to build high-impact products that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and OKRs.
- Understand the "what" and "why" behind user stories and features, ensuring they deliver measurable customer value.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product leads, engineering teams, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
- Create, prioritize, and refine product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and operational requirements while making product decisions.
- Drive feature prioritization and roadmap planning based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout product development and release cycles.
- Understand end-to-end product architecture, workflows, and high-level data flows.
- Support product testing, integration testing, and automation initiatives.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage feature-level budgets and support efficient resource utilization.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and leverage their expertise to improve product outcomes.
- Contribute to product culture by promoting agile practices and customer-focused thinking.
- Support hiring initiatives by participating in talent assessment and candidate evaluation when required.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and feature planning.
- Expertise in writing and managing user stories, epics, and product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of OKRs and aligning product initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make data-driven product decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and translating customer insights into actionable product improvements.
- Experience working with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and data flows.
- Working knowledge of DevOps concepts and software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Aha!, Rally, GitHub, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting product testing, integration testing, and release management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
