Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential documents and information.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Pursuing Graduation in any discipline. (Prefer- B.com)
- 0-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
