We are looking for a smart and proactive Project Purchase Executive for handling procurement and vendor coordination for ongoing STP/CETP and civil infrastructure projects. Candidate should have strong knowledge of project purchasing, technical coordination, rate negotiation, and material planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete project purchase activities for site and office requirements
- Procurement of mechanical, electrical, civil, piping, and instrumentation materials
- Vendor development and rate negotiation
- Comparing quotations and preparing comparative statements
- Technical discussion and coordination with clients, vendors, and consultants
- Preparation, submission, and approval follow-up of technical documents, datasheets, drawings, and equipment-related documentation
- Coordinating with project/site team for material requirements and delivery schedules
- Follow-up for dispatch, logistics, and timely delivery of materials
- Maintaining purchase records, PO tracking, and material status reports
- Coordination with accounts and stores department regarding invoices and material receipt
- Managing urgent site requirements and ensuring smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Experience in STP/WTP/CETP or civil construction industry preferred
- Good knowledge of pumps, blowers, pipes, valves, civil materials, electrical items, etc.
- Understanding of technical datasheets and project documentation process
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and vendor/client handling skills
- Knowledge of Excel and basic documentation
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and urgent project requirements
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
