Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling key clients, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and achieving monthly sales targets. Experience in production/manufacturing industries such as rubber products, industrial materials, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, planning, store, and dispatch departments for timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within a manufacturing or production industry.
- Experience in rubber, coir, industrial products, FMCG manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
Language:
- Fluent in English
- Hindi will be an added advantage
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
