Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Manager- IT Tools Engineering We are looking for a IT Tools Team lead to spearhead the development and operational support of our IT Hybrid ecosystem. In this role you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for building maintaining and evolving the tools that monitor manage and automate our global IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership positionideal for someone who loves solving complex problems with elegant tools and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of IT tools engineers and developers. - Own the strategy and roadmap for tooling focusing on automation observability and operational efficiency. - Drive the design development and integration of tools that support network monitoring telemetry diagnostics and configuration management. - Collaborate with engineering operations and security teams to identify tooling needs and deliver scalable solutions. - Ensure tools are highly available performant and aligned with best practices in security and reliability. - Establish development standards workflows and documentation practices within the team. - Evaluate and integrate third-party or open-source network tools when appropriate. - Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
