Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference and background verification.
- Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support full-and-final settlements.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance management activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
