The Kindergarten Incharge oversees the daily operations of the kindergarten section, ensures quality early childhood education, supervises teachers and support staff, maintains discipline and safety standards, and coordinates with parents and school management to support children’s overall development.
Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the kindergarten curriculum and classroom activities.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methods and learning materials are used.
- Monitor lesson plans, teaching quality, and student progress.
- Introduce creative learning activities such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide guidance to teachers.
- Organize assessments and maintain academic records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
