Java & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Java & DSA Trainer for a 6-month contract role at VIT Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions to engineering students, helping them strengthen their programming, problem-solving, and coding interview skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Java programming and DSA training sessions.
- Teach concepts such as Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, and Sorting Algorithms.
- Conduct coding practice sessions and mock assessments.
- Prepare students for coding interviews and placement drives.
- Create training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Track student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Support students in competitive coding and problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Java and DSA training.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor engineering students.
- Candidates should be willing to attend and clear the selection exam conducted by VIT.
