Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager to lead business development, client relationship management, and project coordination activities in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities within the assigned region.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, MEP, Interior, Civil, Procurement, and Execution for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and effective receivables management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, project, and business performance reports.
- Lead and support regional team members to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, project coordination, or regional business management.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in Interior, MEP, Civil Construction, Building Solutions, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
