Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled 5-Axis CNC Operator with 1 to 6 years of experience in operating and setting up 5-axis CNC machines. The candidate should be capable of handling precision components, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor 5-axis CNC machines for machining complex parts.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper clamping and alignment.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
