Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Verify product model, quantity, serial number, accessories, and condition before dispatch.
- Handle Amazon FBA and FBM order preparation, labeling, scanning, and box packing.
- Print and apply shipping labels, product labels, and marketplace-required labels correctly.
- Coordinate daily order dispatches with courier and logistics partners.
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantity and product condition.
- Maintain proper inward, outward, and stock movement records.
- Update inventory and warehouse records in Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or mismatches.
- Maintain serial-number-wise product records wherever required.
- Handle customer returns and inspect returned products against original shipment details.
- Capture product packing and return-unboxing evidence when required.
- Identify damaged, incorrect, missing, or suspicious returned products and report them immediately.
- Prepare stock for transfer to Amazon fulfilment centres and other company warehouses.
- Ensure correct packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Maintain proper arrangement and identification of inventory in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with customer service, marketplace, purchasing, and logistics teams.
- Follow warehouse SOPs and ensure dispatch errors are minimized.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and e-commerce operations.
- Experience with Amazon FBA / FBM operations will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to use barcode scanners, label printers, and shipping systems.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and work within dispatch timelines.
Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce, Amazon warehouse operations, packing, dispatch, or inventory management is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
