Job Description
Hot & Red Cafe & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Multi-Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Chinese, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Handle Chinese, North Indian, and South Indian food preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
