Role Overview:
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, promoting banking products, and achieving assigned business targets. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a positive banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and networking.
- Acquire customers for various banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Promote products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, insurance, and other financial services.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and application processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the bank's systems.
- Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
- Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Participate in customer meetings, promotional activities, and branch-level business development initiatives.
Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Willingness to travel and undertake field-sales activities, if required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered depending on the specific opening.
Pay: ₹31,000.00 per month
