Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end delivery of technology projects with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll and employee central modules.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
