Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The primary responsibility is to drive sales processes, generate leads, and manage client accounts while fostering long-term relationships. The role includes identifying potential customers, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively. Collaboration with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets will also be a key component of the role.
Resposibilities
1. Drive sales targets and revenue growth through inside sales channels
2. Lead, hire, and train inside sales team members
3. Manage the end-to-end sales funnel (lead → demo → closure)
4. Develop and optimize sales scripts, pitches, and follow-ups
5. Track performance using CRM and sales dashboards
6. Analyze data to improve conversion rates and productivity
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for better lead quality and feedback
8. Ensure strong customer engagement and timely closures through consistent follow-ups
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales strategy execution
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and relationship management
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Expertise in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or digital health solutions is a plus
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
