We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused HVAC Sales Engineer with experience in HVAC equipment and products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Strong communication, negotiation, and client coordination skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC equipment and products.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Handle client coordination throughout the sales cycle, from inquiry to order closure and project handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, and end customers.
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and follow-up activities.
Required Skills:-
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and products such as VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, ducting, and air conditioning solutions.
- Experience in handling B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with HVAC project specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation will be an added advantage.
