Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Location: Noida
Budget: 35 LPA – 40 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days preferred
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and manage complex SFMC campaigns, customer journeys, and automated workflows.
- Develop dynamic email content and personalization logic utilizing Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Drive 1:1 real-time customer personalization using Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).
- Integrate SFMC with core Salesforce CRM and external third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution, data synchronization, and platform configuration issues.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and cross-functional technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Requirements & Skillsets:Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Proven, hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) (formerly Interaction Studio).
- Strong technical proficiency in AMPscript, SQL queries, Data Extensions, and Automation Studio.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Salesforce CRM integrations and advanced campaign automation.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Active SFMC Certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or MCP Accredited Professional).
- Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and REST/SOAP API integration experience.
- Prior domain exposure in Healthcare or Insurance (familiarity with HIPAA compliance).
